How it works?
Step 1: Kickoff + Strategy
We'll begin with an in-depth strategy session covering your business priorities, audiences, offers, current marketing, upcoming initiatives, and what you need marketing to support.
Step 2: Marketing Strategy Development
We'll review your existing presence and develop your customized strategy deck, channel direction, content approach, and initial marketing priorities.
Step 3: Systems + Access
We'll collect account access and permissions, connect the platforms we'll be managing, set up your client workspace, establish communication and approval processes, and prepare publishing and reporting tools.
Step 4: Your First Content Cycle
We'll turn the strategy into your first content plan and begin developing the copy, creative, and video included in your selected Signal tier.
Step 5: Review + Go Live
You'll review your first content cycle before publishing begins. Once approved, we move into ongoing monthly management.

If you're looking for a completely hands-off solution, we're probably not the right studio.-
We focus on the platforms where your ideal clients are most active. Typically, this includes Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok for social media, and most major email platforms (Flodesk, ConvertKit, Constant Contact, Klayvio (E-Commerce, Wix Email Marketing, MailChimp). Tier 1 includes one marketing channel, while Tier 2 covers up-to four marketing channels.
While not required, having established brand guidelines helps us create consistent content that reflects your vision. If you don't have brand guidelines yet, we recommend starting with The Debut or adding brand development to your first month.
Our process begins with a strategy session to identify your content themes and business goals. We then develop a monthly content calendar, create content batches, submit them for your review, incorporate feedback, and schedule across your platforms.
No—this is not an unlimited content package. Instead, we focus on what’s strategically needed each month. Both tiers ensure high-impact content without unnecessary production burnout.
You'll have full approval rights for all content before it goes live. We'll establish your brand voice, preferred topics, and content boundaries during onboarding. Each month, you'll review and approve content before it's scheduled.
